We do not accept duplicate accounts, accounts opened under false names, or accounts linked to restricted individuals or entities.

During account opening, we conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You may be asked to submit a government-issued ID, proof of address, or source-of-funds documentation. This process protects both you and tokek from fraud and financial crime. We keep all verification records confidential and use them only for account maintenance and compliance purposes.
